Surprisingly a healthy lifestyle doesn't have a negative effect but it has millions of positive effects following a healthy lifestyle regardless off age, will have numerous health benefit ,becnifitss,being proven that introduce that risk of cardiovasscular dissesses,decresses incident of obesity and diabitys,the risk of malignany,psychiatric discordes and cognitive dysfunction.



A healthy diet rich in fruit ,vegetables, whole grains and low fat dairy can help to reduce your risk of heart dresses by maintaining blood pressure and cholesterol can be a symptom of tooo much salt and saturated fats in your diet.



Mostly ,a healthy lifestyle is present in villages .in todays modern world we can follow many rules to become healthy such as exercise regularly ,take plenty of water etc. and one most important thing is that is that make our environment clean which is very important to adopted a healthy lifestyle.
